Merry and Bright

I am someone who needs brightness in my life. I like open curtains with beams of sunshine bursting through, and I love color. But, I also love a bright white and simply decorated room. Soup’s on

Right out of the gate, you should know this is not an original recipe. I haven’t even tweaked it. However, when I’m not counting points, the tortellini to spinach ratio experiences a drastic shift. This soup is hearty, healthy and delicious. Chris likes extra red pepper flakes and I like to sprinkle extra cheese on top. My True Love

On a November day, my Dad checked into the hospital for surgery. My parents arrived a bit early and popped into the gift shop where Mom found this Santa that says “My One True Love” on it.
